Denario is a gorgeous stallion. Elasticity and suppleness of his extraordinary movements are hard to top. He presents fantastic free jumping capabilities and has a special character – always well-tempered and well-balanced.
Denario’s unique career started at the South German Stallion Days in Munich in 2006 where he was nominated highly acclaimed Champion stallion because of his above-mentioned qualities.
In 2007, Denario set special standards as he won three important Championships: The Bavarian Championships in Ansbach, the South German Championships in Nördlingen (incredible test rider score of 9.75) and – the highlight – the victory at the Federal Championships in Warendorf.
He also won the South German Dressage Championships in 2008, qualified for the Federal Championships and following a second place in the final qualification, he occupied a fantastic 8th place in the Final of five-year-old horses. In 2009, he crowned his fantastic career with a fourth place at the World Championships and with one more victory at the Federal Championships.
Denario descends from Birkhof-stallion Denaro who competed at the Final of the Federal Championships and who presented convincing crops of foals. Denario’s dam descends from the Reserve Champion of the Oldenburg Stallion Licensing in 1989, Fair Play, who successfully competed up to advanced dressage level. Approved Hanoverian blood with Wiener Dom (Wienerwald/Domspatz) and the two well-known thoroughbreds Vollkorn xx and Der Löwe xx can be found further down in the pedigree.
The first offspring by dressage champion and Premium stallion Denario will be started under the saddle in 2010 – we are waiting with anticipation!
Approved for Hanover, Oldenburg, Italy and all South German breed societies.
